By accessing or using Rally Reels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally Reels. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By sharing content, you grant Rally Reels a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Rally Reels and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rally Reels and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

Rally Reels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rally Reels be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Free and Supporter Features

Rally Reels uses a freemium model. All users with a free account can:

• Watch all videos in the feed
• Like and comment on videos
• Follow other users
• Search and discover content
• Save videos to favorites
• Upload and share videos
• Send direct messages

Supporter Features: Supporters get a Supporter badge and green ring on their profile.

Free Features: Watching, liking, commenting, uploading, and messaging is completely free. An account and login is required to upload, message, and interact.

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly: €4.99 per month ($4.99 USD)
• Yearly: €39.99 per year ($39.99 USD)

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment Processing: Rally Reels offers subscriptions through two payment providers:

• Apple In-App Purchase (iOS): If you subscribe within the Rally Reels iOS app, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's terms of service and payment policies apply.
• Stripe (Web): If you subscribe through our website or subscription portal, payments are processed by Stripe. Rally Reels does not store your full payment card details.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

For Apple In-App Purchases (iOS):

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Your supporter access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Rally Reels cannot process refunds for App Store purchases as Apple handles all billing.

For Stripe Subscriptions (Web):

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal in your account settings. Your supporter access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at rallyreels@rallysocials.com.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
